What Is Eastern Europe with the SAYP?
SAYP is a leadership and capability-building programme designed for participants from the EU’s Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. Its purpose is to prepare professionals who can lead reforms, advance democratic values, and foster positive transformation in their fields.
